Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Shree Shyam. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our fantasy cricket platform and services. By registering, accessing, or using Shree Shyam, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Eligibility Requirements

To use Shree Shyam, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be legally eligible to participate in skill-based games in your jurisdiction
• You must not be a resident of states where fantasy sports are prohibited (Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, and Telangana)
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

We reserve the right to verify your age and location at any time. Failure to meet eligibility requirements will result in account suspension or termination.

User Accounts

Account Registration

To participate in contests, you must create an account by providing:

• Valid email address and phone number
• Accurate personal information (name, date of birth, location)
• Secure password
• Payment information for transactions

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not sharing your account with others

Account Limitations

Each user is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Forfeiture of winnings
• Permanent ban from the platform

Contest Participation

Contest Rules

When participating in fantasy cricket contests:

• You must create teams before the contest deadline
• Teams cannot be modified after the deadline
• Contest entry fees are non-refundable once the contest begins
• You must comply with team composition rules (player limits, budget constraints)
• Points are calculated based on actual player performance in real matches

Scoring and Rankings

Scoring is based on official match statistics. We rely on third-party data providers for player statistics. While we strive for accuracy:

• Occasional errors or delays may occur
• We reserve the right to correct scoring errors
• Our scoring decisions are final unless a clear error is identified

Contest Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel contests if:

• The underlying match is canceled or abandoned
• Technical issues prevent fair play
• Insufficient entries are received

In case of cancellation, entry fees will be refunded to your account.

Financial Transactions

Deposits

• You can deposit funds using approved payment methods
• All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply
• Deposits are non-refundable except as required by law

Withdrawals

• You can withdraw winnings to your registered bank account or UPI
• Withdrawals may require identity verification
• Processing time is typically 1-7 business days
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply
• Applicable taxes will be deducted as per Indian law (TDS)

Taxation

You are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on your winnings. We will deduct Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) as required by Indian tax laws.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Creating multiple accounts
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Colluding with other users to gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting bugs or technical glitches
• Providing false or misleading information
• Engaging in fraudulent activities
• Harassing or abusing other users or staff
• Attempting to hack or compromise platform security
• Using the platform for money laundering
• Participating from restricted states or countries

Violation of these prohibitions may result in account suspension, termination, forfeiture of winnings, and legal action.

Intellectual Property

All content on Shree Shyam, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and data compilations, is the property of Shree Shyam or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without permission
• Modify or create derivative works
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for losses due to technical issues, downtime, or third-party failures
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in entry fees in the past 12 months
• We make no guarantees about platform availability or uninterrupted service

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Shree Shyam shall be:

• First attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
• Subject to binding arbitration if negotiation fails
• Governed by the laws of India
• Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• You provide false information
• Required by law or regulatory authorities

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining balance (subject to verification).

Changes to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform
• Change contest formats, rules, or scoring systems
• Adjust fees and prize structures
• Add or remove features

We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when possible.
